As of 2025, the main place to meet Mirabel is at Fairytale Garden, located just to the right of Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom. The area was re-themed with Encanto-inspired colors and décor, and it’s one of the most visually fun spots to meet any character.
You’ll find Mirabel here most days, but her schedule can vary slightly. She typically starts greeting guests mid-morning and continues into the late afternoon. You can confirm exact times on the My Disney Experience app if you search her name under “characters.”
How the line works:
- This is a standard standby queue with no Lightning Lane option as of now
- Wait times are usually shortest first thing in the morning or during the afternoon parade
- There’s shade in the queue, but no seating, so plan ahead if you’re visiting during a hot or crowded day
What to expect from the interaction:
- Mirabel spends time talking with each child, not just signing and snapping a photo
- PhotoPass photographers are usually available, but you can also use your own camera or phone
- Cast Members nearby are great about helping kids feel comfortable, especially if they’re nervous
