One of the most exciting parts of the experience is choosing the perfect dress or costume for your child to wear.
At Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, you can previously could choose from a variety of dress options, ranging from classic princess dresses to more unique costumes inspired by your child’s favorite Disney characters. However, in October 2025, Disney removed many of the dress options and changed the packages available in the boutique.
Notably, you do still have the option to bring your own dress to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at Walt Disney World!

However, keep in mind that shoes are only available for little feet beginning at size 7-8 and ranging up to youth sizes 2 and 3. This means that the smallest children, 3 and 4-year-olds, might not be able to purchase the shoes directly from the Boutique.

When planning your visit to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, there are a few things to keep in mind. Here are some important details to help you prepare for your magical experience.
Reservations and Appointments
It is highly recommended that you make a reservation for Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in advance. You can make a reservation up to 60 days in advance. You can make a reservation by calling the Disney Reservation Center or by booking online.
When you arrive for your appointment, be sure to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to check in. If you are running late, make sure to call ahead and let them know. If you miss your appointment, you may be charged a fee or have to reschedule for a later time.

If you are looking for a budget-friendly option at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, the Carriage Package is a great choice. This package starts at $99.95 plus tax and includes a hairstyle, shimmering makeup, nail polish, a princess sash, and a tote bag. The Carriage Package is a great option for little ones who might get uncomfortable or overstimulated from walking around in a bulky costume all day or on hotter days when a costume might be too hot.
Another budget-friendly option is to bring your own princess dress. This can save you money on the cost of the dress and allow your child to wear their favorite princess gown. However, keep in mind that the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique experience is not just about the dress, but also about the princess makeover and experience at the castle.
Is It Worth It?
We’ve tried each of the packages with our kids and the experience is absolutely worth it. I’m often asked if the Signature Dress collection is worth it in particular. We’ve found the quality of that dress is absolutely worth it. The materials and craftmanship for the Signature Dress is on a different level. It’s much more like a high quality prom dress or movie replica.
The other dresses are the same as those you would by in the theme parks or ShopDisney.
As a girl dad, I would absolutely recommend this experience to any young families. It’s one of the best family experiences at Walt Disney World, in our opinion and there are ways to do it where it doesn’t break the bank.

Is there a price difference if you bring your own dress?
Yes! Bringing your own dress would save at least $100. If you bring your own dress you would get the Carriage Package, which is $99.95.
Is Elsa only available as part of the Signature collection?
The white/purple and blue Elsa dresses are available in the more affordable packages (pictured with the Anna dress). However, the more elaborate blue dress at the top of the article is only available as a Signature Dress. Hope that helps!

The Aurora and Cinderella dresses have extended sizes up to 16/18P. The rest range from 3-14.

They won’t let you go in to buy just a dress. There are costume dresses at Sir Mickey’s across from BBB, but they are the same quality dresses available on disneystore.com
