Disney just dropped the official dates for the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival! The festival runs August 27 through November 21, 2026, which is one of the best stretches of the year to be at Walt Disney World.
What’s Been Announced
Disney confirmed the festival dates along with a handful of returning experiences. Full menus and the complete marketplace list aren’t out yet, but here’s what we know is coming back:
- Global Marketplaces — The food booths that circle EPCOT’s World Showcase. Three confirmed returning dishes so far: Street Corn-style Chicken Dumplings (Gyozas of the Galaxy), Grilled Bushberry-spiced Shrimp Skewer (Australia), and Kirschwasser Torte (The Alps).

- Emile’s Fromage Montage — The cheese-focused food stroll where you collect passport stamps at select marketplaces and earn a treat for completing it. My kids love the stamp-collecting aspect of this.
- Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Scavenger Hunt — A family-friendly hunt through World Showcase. You buy a themed map and stickers, spot Remy at every location, and earn a keepsake at the end.
- Eat to the Beat Concert Series — Free live music at the America Gardens Theatre with multiple shows daily. Artist lineup hasn’t been announced yet. Dining packages (which get you a guaranteed seat) will be shared closer to the festival.
What’s Still Coming
Disney is rolling out details in waves, which is pretty standard for this festival. Expect the full Foodie Guide — with complete menus and marketplace opening dates — closer to August. The Eat to the Beat artist lineup will also come later.
A few things to flag for families planning now:
- Concerts are included with regular EPCOT admission — no upcharge.
- Concert seating is first-come, first-served unless you book a dining package.
What This Means for Families Planning a Trip
The August 27 start date is significant. It overlaps with the tail end of summer crowds but transitions into the fall sweet spot with lower attendance, better weather trends, and the full festival running through late November. If you have flexibility, late September through October is historically one of the best times to visit EPCOT.
If you’re eyeing a fall EPCOT trip and want someone to help you build it out — hotel, tickets, dining reservations, the whole thing — that’s exactly what I do, and it costs you nothing. Reach out and let’s get something on the calendar before the good resort dates fill up!
